On behalf of the organizing committee, I am honored and delighted to welcome you to SDD Engineers Union Forum. This forum was created as a platform for online discussions between us to discuss and share knowledge, information, and technical skill appropriate with the social work.

I am very happy to announce the main topic for the discussion is "4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX)". In the meantime, we will share current ongoing research and implementation work on 4DX related skills needs and training needs, which we use as a starting point for consideration to kick start the discussion.

The objective of this discussion forum would be to discuss ongoing occupational, behavior changes, emerging skills requirements and shortages, which seek to ensure that workers have the adequate and right skills to be able to participate in a smooth transition towards a success 4DX implementation.

Hopefully this forum discussion will reflect on good practices, policy and multi responses from members and how these can be adapted, scaled and replicated.
